- Allow 15 days for production
The Solen is made entirely of stainless steel. Its 12C27 blades and Z20C13 springs have been heat-treated to ensure maximum strength.
All our handles are crafted in our own workshop. You can choose between handles made from local materials, such as arbutus, or from crushed oyster shells and resin. You can also choose from a range of precious woods that we have carefully selected and treated for you. Choose from rustic, modern or elegant finishes.
Maintenance
Wood is a material that does not like to be in contact with water.
To protect it, don’t leave your Solen to soak in a damp receptacle, such as a sink full of water.
Do not put your Solen in the dishwasher.
DO NOT OPEN AND/OR CLOSE THE 2 BLADES AT THE SAME TIME.
ALWAYS OPEN AND/OR CLOSE THEM ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
After each use of the oyster blade, rinse your Solen thoroughly with clean water to avoid any risk of oxidation.
Wipe off any excess water with a dry cloth and allow your knife to air dry.
If you’re just using the large blade, clean it with a damp sponge or paper towel before folding.

Atelier Rosie designs and creates its own knife models.
Each piece is hand-crafted to your specifications by our craftsmen in our workshop in Baurech, Gironde.

On receipt of payment, delivery takes 2 to 4 weeks.
