L'Atelier Rosie designs and creates its own registered knife models. Each piece is handmade to your specifications. We are committed to working exclusively with French partners to guarantee you the best possible quality.

Our steels come from Auvergne and our handles are shaped in our own workshop. You can choose handles made from local materials such as strawberry wood or crushed oyster shells. Alternatively, you can pick between the different types of precious wood we've carefully selected for you. Go for rustic, modern or elegant finishes.
