The French know-how we have inherited enables us to guarantee you quality products. All our knives are handcrafted in our small workshop in the Bordeaux region.
The Solen is made entirely of stainless steel. Its 12C27 blades and Z20C13 springs have been heat-treated, guaranteeing unfailing strength.

Why the Solen?
In the words of the designer: "I chose this name in reference to the elongated shellfish commonly known as a 'knife'. When I was little, I used to go fishing for these little mollusks on the Bay of Arcachon with my parents and brothers. It's a little nod to my childhood by the ocean.
