Quality materials
Like its folding predecessor, Le Solen, L'Oyat's handle is inspired by the shape of a pinnace. Its large 12 cm blade and 11 cm handle are ergonomically designed for efficiency and comfort. The handle is available in 12 different types of wood, or in crushed oyster shells stabilized in a transparent, unchanging resin.

We offer sets of 2, 4, 6 and 12. You can compose your own box, a blend of essences, oyster shell only, the choice is yours.
