L'Atelier Rosie x Inter Scaldes
The cross between the oyster and the mussel, or the child of the sea.
Atelier Rosie created this L'Oyat table knife handle for Jeroen Achtien, Chef of the Inter Scaldes restaurant, directly inspired by the waters surrounding this unique location.
The bi-material handles of these knives are made of mussel shells on one side, and oyster shells adorned with gilding on the other.
This knife is the result of an exclusive and exceptional collaboration.

L'Atelier Rosie x Inter Scaldes x Rokkakkei
Atelier Rosie and Inter Scaldes have teamed up with René de Rokkakkei, a Dutch craftsman who works wood to perfection, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques in all his creations.
For Inter Scaldes, Rokkakkei has designed a magnetic knife rack in walnut, with a hexagonal design showcasing L'Atelier Rosie's L'Oyat knives for Inter Scaldes.
A unique detail adding our personal touch: oyster shells embellished with gilding adorn the top of the knife rack.
This exclusive piece was made possible thanks to this beautiful collaboration and exceptional craftsmanship. It is available for purchase with a set of six L'Oyat knives on the Rokkakkei and Inter Scaldes websites.

Rokkakkei x Huîtres Arcachon Cap Ferret x L’Atelier Rosie
On the occasion of the World Oyster Opening Championship, L’Atelier Rosie combined its expertise with that of the Arcachon–Cap Ferret Regional Shellfish Committee.
For this new bespoke project, we once again placed our trust in René de Rokkakkei, a Dutch craftsman renowned for his woodwork that blends tradition with contemporary lines.
To celebrate the three winners of this inaugural edition, Rokkakkei designed a magnetised walnut stand with a hexagonal geometry, specifically conceived to hold our L’Écume oyster knives.
A nod to the maritime world and a signature of our Maison, an inlay of oyster shells enhanced with touches of gold, silver and bronze adorns each piece, making these three trophies truly unique.
The result of a collective effort and a shared commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, this creation perfectly embodies the spirit of collaboration.

When a renowned table meets exceptional craftsmanship.
L’Atelier Rosie was delighted to collaborate once again with Le Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay, located within the InterContinental Bordeaux, and its chef Alexandre Koa.
Following an initial creation of L’Oyat table knives crafted from lobster shells, our L’Embrun butter knives in rosewood now grace their tables.
In this emblematic setting—home to a spectacular solid silver lobster press used for the restaurant’s signature dish—guests have the privilege of enjoying this delicacy with knives made from the very lobster shells used in its preparation.
For us, these projects are true highlights, where noble materials, high standards and creativity come together.
