Manufacturing lead times

Each knife is handcrafted to order in our workshop.
Once payment is received, the production time is 2 to 4 weeks.
Please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for delivery via Colissimo.

Order Tracking

Your parcels will be shipped via Colissimo.
To track your order, please use the tracking number provided by email at the time of shipment and visit the tracking link https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois. 

In case of any issue, please contact us so we can file a claim with La Poste. We also recommend that you file a complaint directly by calling 3631 (La Poste customer service).

Delivery times are estimated at 2 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped (according to La Poste’s terms).

No compensation will be provided. Atelier Rosie declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or non-delivery. Refunds or reshipments are not the responsibility of the seller.
