Its blades, crafted from 12C27 steel, and its springs, made from Z20C13, have undergone heat treatment to ensure exceptional strength and durability.<\/p>\n<p>All our handles are crafted in-house, in our workshop. You can choose from local materials such as arbutus wood or a unique composite made from crushed oyster shells and resin. Alternatively, you may opt for one of the various precious woods we\u2019ve carefully selected and treated for you.
